Portable power stations, such as the well-known EcoFlow family of products, are gaining popularity due to their capacity to power multiple electrical devices from anywhere.
The main issue is that these devices are massive and hefty because they were meant to sustain electrical equipment as large as laundry dryers. The new EcoFlow RIVER small portable power station has come to rectify the situation.
The RIVER mini is a small, portable power pack that weighs only 6.3 pounds and comes in a small, visible design. It delivers juice to a wide range of people for a variety of outdoor activities.
Outdoor enthusiasts/barbeques, digital nomads/world travelers and college students who want to take their technology with them everywhere they go may now do so thanks to the RIVER mini.
Power in reserve
The River small, with a rated output of 300W, can power up to eight (8) devices at the same time. Thanks to EcoFlow’s patented X-Boost technology, the RIVER small can manage total electrical loads of up to 600W. The device’s two AC outlets, one 12V carport, four USB ports, and 15W wireless charger can power these.
Despite its amazing output, the RIVER mini is quite quiet. The running/recharging noise level of this device is between 38 and 42 decibels (dB). This is the sound of a typical library in terms of decibels (dB).
Charging in a flash
Because the RIVER mini is powered by built-in batteries. It will require recharging from time to time.
The news is positive: plug it into a standard AC outlet and the RIVER mini will be up to 80% charged in one hour, and completely charged in 1.5 hours. Is there no available AC socket?
There’s no need to worry about that. The RIVER mini may also be recharged by connecting it to EcoFlow’s solar panels and receiving free juice from the sun (it takes around an hour).
